The Celina Lake Festival Committee has donated $1,000 to the Lake Improvement Association in support of the West Bank Playground and Shelter House Project, slated for completion in September 2025.
The funds were raised through AmphiCar rides at this year’s Lake Festival. After the event, the AmphiCar owners donated the proceeds to the committee with the request that the money be directed to local nonprofit organizations. The committee chose the LIA as one of the recipients, and this donation will directly benefit local families by helping the LIA complete the new playground and shelter house, located adjacent to the ADA fishing dock on the West Bank.
The Lake Improvement Association extends a thank-you to the Lake Festival Committee and the AmphiCar owners for their generous donation.
